Gaucomole Sandwich

Guacamole is a dip made of avocado, which is originated from Mexico. It is simple to make, you will need only 5 mins. The main Ingredients for Guacamole is avocado, lime and salt. There are lot other ingredients you can also add to enhance it tastes like onions, tomatoes, cilantro, chillies. You can serve this as dip for tostitos or as sandwich. Try this easy recipe and tell me how it turned out for you.

Ingredients

1 Ripe avocado
4 slices of bread
1/4 cup of onion,chopped
1/4 cup of tomato,chopped
1 tbsp of lemon or lime juice
1 tbsp of cilantro,chopped
1/4 tsp of Salt
A dash of ground black pepper powder

Method

Gaucomole Sandwich

Cut the avocado, discard the seed and scoop out the flesh using spoon.
Mash it in a bowl using fork.
Add all other ingredients and stir all together. Guacamole is ready now.
Take a slice of bread, spoon some guacamole and spread it.
Place another slice of bread on top of it. Tada! Healthy sandwich is ready to serve.

Panna cotta Popsicles

Panna cotta Popsicles

Panna cotta is an Italian dessert, which is made with whole milk or cream, condensed milk and gelatin. It is vanilla flavored Panna cotta, I have added food colors for the layers. My kid loves popsicles, hence instead of setting this dessert in dessert jar, I have used popsicles mold. I am so glad to see the output, each layers are visible, not merged and moreover, it is soo delicious. Try this out, it is so fun to make and perfect treat for summer :)

Step 1: Ingredients

Panna cotta Popsicles

2 cups of whole milk, divided
1 cup of sweetened condensed milk
1 tbsp of sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 envelope of unflavored gelatin
Food colors

Step 2: Method

Panna cotta Popsicles

Take a cup of milk and gelatin in a saucepan. Mix well.

Cook and stir on medium-low flame until the gelatin dissolved completely.

Add sugar and vanilla extract, mix all well and remove the saucepan from the heat.

Now add the remaining cup of milk and condensed milk to the heated milk, combine all together.

Divide the mixture equally to 6 cups/bowls.

Add few drops of different food color in all bowls and mix.

Step 3: Freeze it

Pour a colored mixture equally in all popsicle molds and freeze it for 15 minutes.

Once the bottom layer set, add another layer of colored mixture in all molds and freeze again.

Repeat the process until you reach the top of mold.

Freeze the popsicles for 4 hours or overnight.

Once it completely set, just pass the mold under the tap water for some second. Pull the popsicle from the mold.

Serve Immediately :)
