- 3 medium size Bananas
- 2 tablespoon of milk (2%)
- 4 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of plain yogurt (1% low fat)
- 4 slice of Banana
- Blend banana, milk, sugar, vanilla extract and purée it.
- Pour the purée into the bowl and mix with yogurt.
- Divided it in glasses and refrigerate it for 3 hours.
- Garnish with banana slices just before serving and enjoy the delicious mousse.
