Neha and Nithin

Neha and Nithin are very good friends from college. Now both are working in the same private company. They like each other, but they dint express their feelings to each other. One day, Nithin decided to convey his love to her. He called Neha in his mobile phone.

Nithin: Neha, can you come to our office cafeteria after 5 pm? I want to tell you something.

Neha: Yeah ok Nithin, will see u in the evening.

Nithin was waiting for her with a beautiful rose in his hand. He looked so nervous and restless. Neha came there after 5 minutes. She guessed that he is going to propose her. Of course, she likes him too...

Neha: Hey! What's the matter? (She lifted her eyebrows and smiled)

Nithin (He don't know how to start, but then...): Hmmm... I know you too like me and I don't want hide with you anymore. Yes, I want to marry you. I want to live my rest of my life with you. Will you be?

Neha (happy tears rolled down on her cheeks): Yes, I am.... (She blushed)

After a month, Neha's dad found stubble person photo in her shelf.

He got so much angry and yelled "Neha where are you??"

He showed that photo to her and asked who is he? Why are keeping his photo in your shelf??

She said in low voice "He is Nithin. I love him, I want to marry him".

Her dad was worried and moved from that place without saying any single word.
Neha's dad strongly believes facial hair defines ones personality. Nithin didn't meet her dad's expectations.

Next day, Neha invited Nitin to her home to introduce him to her dad.

Nithin came to her home and pressed the calling bell. Neha's dad opened the door and asked him "Hello, what do you want?"

Neha heard her boy friend voice and came from her room . She saw Nithin was standing near the home entrance. She went there and welcomed him.  She gave intro to her dad.

Neha : "Dad, this is Nithin. We both working in same company. He is the one I told you the other day".

Neha's dad couldn't recognize his face. Nithin's well groomed face and formal outfit convinced her father's decision. Later he realised "Nithin is the best companion for his daughter". Next year, they both going to get married with their parent's blessings.

  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt, divided

Step 2: Marinade chicken

Fried Chicken

Take chicken in mixing bowl. Add eggs, grated garlic, paprika, salt and pepper. Mix all well and marinade it for 30 minutes.

Step 3: Make dry mixture

Fried Chicken

Take a bowl. Add flour, bread crumbs, oregano and salt. Mix them well until all incorporated.

Note: Instead of adding breadcrumbs and oregano separately, you can also use Italian seasoned breadcrumbs.

Step 4: Dredge chicken in dry mixture

Fried Chicken

Take a chicken piece, dredge it in the flour mixture, then dip it in the egg mixture. Now again coat it well in the flour mixture. Keep the flour coated chicken in separate plate.

Repeat the same for rest of the chicken pieces.

Step 5: Shallow fry the chicken

Fried Chicken

Melt butter in large skillet over medium flame.

Shallow fry the chicken in all sides, until it cooked well and the outer layer turned to golden brown color. ( it took 15 minutes for me to fry. Keep an eye on it, do not burnt it)

Remove excess oil using paper towel.

Note: While frying the chicken, cook it in medium flame or else the outer layer would burn easily before the chicken get cooked well.
