Simple Roasted Quail


Delicious Roasted quail made with simple ingredients.

Ingredients for  making Roast Quail:



  • 2 No of Quail
  • 1 tsp of Red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp of Tandoori masala
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste
  • Cooking spray or oil
Method:



1. Wash quail in fresh cold water, pat dry them. Make a slit on both sides of breast.


2. Take large mixing bowl, add all ingredients with quail and mix well until quail nicely coated with the spices.


3. Let it sit for an hour.


4. Preheat oven to 375 F.


5. Keep the quail in baking plate lined with aluminium foil. Brush the quail with some oil or cooking spray.


6. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes.


Done! Serve with slice of onion, tomato, lemon or with some dip or mayo.
