Recently i got a pasta sample from Del Monte. I have experimented many pasta dishes and published some recipes in my blog. But this time, I really wanted to try something different which i have never tried before and it should be simple with easy available ingredients. So here comes Baked Chicken Alfredo Penne Pasta.  The star ingredient of this recipe is Del Monte "Penne Rigate". I decided the dish should be rich, creamy and cheesy. Hence I chose to make Alfredo sauce, which is so creamy and yummy. The combination of pasta, stir fried chicken and veggies with Alfredo sauce is absolutely luscious. We enjoyed it lot.
