Paneer | Cottage Cheese  is a type of fresh cheese in chewy texture, you can make it and eat it right away. It doesn't required ageing and culturing. Homemade paneer is always the best than the store bought one. It is fresh, soft and taste so good. I never thought making paneer at home is simple. You will need just only 2 ingredients to make paneer.  You can make tons of delicious paneer dishes like tikki/patties, curries, sweets, etc., I made Rasagullas with this paneer, it turned out great. Homemade Szechwan Sauce

Sichuan sauce / Szechwan sauce, is a super spicy sauce which is originating from Sichuan province in southwestern China. It has bold flavours, particularly the pungency and spiciness resulting from liberal use of garlic and chili peppers, as well as the unique flavor of the Sichuan pepper (source:wiki). I could not find Szechwan pepper here, so I used normal dry red chilli. You can make many recipes using this sauce like Szechwan rice, Szechwan noodles, etc.. This sauce will stay good upto a month if you store and use it properly.
